Christmas Eve Service Times
Join us on December 24 as we celebrate the birth of Christ at one of four identical Christmas Eve candlelight services. Choose from 4, 5:30 or 7 pm at TVC Main or 5:30 pm at TVC East. Reserve childcare for Nursery and Preschool HERE, so we can be sure we’re properly staffed. NOTE: The service at TVC East will be a family service with no childcare provided. Our Sunday service schedule will remain unchanged on December 23 and 30.
Year-End Giving
If you’re planning to make a year-end gift to The Village Chapel, there are deadlines for getting donations reported on your 2018 giving statement for tax purposes. Online donations must be processed by December 30 and mailed checks must be postmarked by December 31. TVC Kids Christmas Performance & Rehearsal
It’s one of the highlights of the holidays! Our TVC Kids will grace us with a special performance on Sunday morning, December 16, during all worship services at both campuses. To prepare, all TVC Kids who regularly attend our Main Campus will rehearse on Saturday, December 15, from 10 am to noon in the Chapel at TVC Main. Our TVC East Kids will perform at TVC East on Sunday, December 16, with rehearsal details still to come.College-Age Ministry Exam Break
College students, we know that final exams can be stressful. Take a break from all that studying to and join us in the Living Room on Friday, December 7, at 6:30 pm. We'll be cooking up some breakfast for dinner and brewing plenty of coffee. We hope to see you there!New Nativity Story in the Gallery
If you haven’t yet, stop by the TVC Gallery in the Living Room for a new exhibit that tells the story of the Nativity in classic paintings. The room is open between services, but be aware that Sunday School classes meet in there during service times.
TVC East Monthly Potluck
If you call TVC East home, we hope you’ll make plans to join us immediately after the service on Sunday, December 16, for our monthly potluck! It’s a great way to build community among those who call TVC East home. And don’t forget to bring a dish to share.
