Room In The Inn

There are still a few volunteer positions that need to be filled for our Room in the Inn project coming up on Sunday, Feb 12th.   We need one additional Night Host and three Morning Hosts.

If you are able to serve as a volunteer on one of those dates please  CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP.

If you are providing food, please drop off your items on the day of the event (Feb 12) before Noon at TVC in THE LIVING ROOM or bring your items downtown to the First Baptist Church Recreation Center located at: 108 Seventh Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37203 between 4 PM – 4:30 PM. Creative Arts Potluck

Creative Arts Group will have a Potluck Dinner down in The Living Room this Wednesday, February 8th from 7-9pm. We will have our showcased artist, David Durham with us to share about his new show, "Relationships of Life & Light." Sign up at the Info Table before or after services or online at by using this link, to sign up for a dish to bring and also to let us know how many to prepare for.  Also, parents may sign up for childcare for this event.

Israel Trip Interest Meeting

Anyone interested in traveling with us to Israel May 29 – June 7, 2012 is invited to join us for an informational meeting on Sunday, February 12th at 11:15 am in The Den. Please sign up at the Info Table to let us know to expect you. Signing up does not commit you to the trip. It just lets us know you are interested and would like more information. Be sure to pick up a brochure while you're at the Info Table We hope you'll join us!

Valentine's Day Break

The Tuesday Night Bible Study and Restore Ministries small groups will NOT meet on February 14th in honor of Valentine’s Day.  We’ll resume or normal programming schedule on Tuesday, February 21st.

Decade Dinners

Our decade groups are getting together for dinner on Friday February 17th at 7pm. The 20-Somethings Group (click here to sign up) will gather at Coco's Italian Market - 411 51st Avenue North, Nashville 37209 - 615.783.0114.  The 40-Somethings Group (click here to sign up) will be meeting at Bosco's in Hillsboro Village - 1805 21st Avenue South, Nashville 37212 - 615.385.0050. The 50's Plus Group (click here to sign up) will be having a Valentine’s themed potluck at the church in The Living Room. Please sign up to attend any of the dinners at the Info Table or using the online forms. Childcare is not provided, but children are welcome to attend.
